Your Responsibilities

As a People Operations Specialist, you are not only responsible for the smooth running of our global People Operations processes from contract creation to offboarding, but also serving as a trusted point of contact for payroll. You will work closely with the People Partner and Talent Acquisition team as well as across teams with areas such as Accounting, Controlling, Legal or our IT. 

What you'll do: 
  • Manage the employee lifecycle: Oversee all People Operations processes from contract creation, onboarding, and document preparation to offboarding.
  • Act as a key contact for employees: Provide support and guidance on all People Operations-related inquiries in a people-centric manner.
  • Maintain HR data integrity: Administer and manage sensitive personnel data within HRIS (Personio) with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support global payroll preparation: Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing across regions.
  • Administer compensation processes: Work closely with FP&A to manage compensation models and act as a contact for employees and managers.
  • Collaborate on people initiatives: Partner with People Business Partners on organizational development topics, employee matters, and strategic projects.
  • Support reporting and audits: Contribute to People KPI reporting and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Drive process improvements: Bring a growth mindset and innovative ideas to enhance internal HR processes and structures.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training, studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources 
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in operational people/HR work and in particular in the area of payroll in an international and dynamic company. 
  • You have solid knowledge of labor and social security law issues
  • You have a very high level of comprehension, strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers.
  • You have an eye for detail, work extremely accurately and are data-savvy. 
  • German at native speaker level and very good English skills.
