Your Responsibilities

To support our growing AI initiatives, we are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Consultant to join our Implementation Services team. As one of the first dedicated AI specialists within our global Implementation Services organization, you will play a key role in shaping how AI is leveraged in customer projects, consulting methodologies and internal delivery processes. 

In this role, you will combine your expertise in Enterprise Performance Management and consulting with cutting-edge AI technologies. You will work directly with customers to design and implement innovative Jedox solutions while also driving the adoption of AI within our Implementation Services organization. 

AI Transformation within Implementation Services:
  • Drive and shape the transformation of Implementation Services delivery through the application of Generative AI, AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and intelligent automation. 
  • Define, pilot and scale AI-driven delivery approaches across the global Implementation Services organization. 
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks and best practices and assess their applicability to customer projects and internal Implementation Services delivery. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, documentation, solution design and customer engagement through AI. 
  • Coach and support consultants on effective AI usage in daily project work. 
  • Create and maintain AI-powered assets, accelerators, templates and knowledge frameworks. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success and Implementation Services leadership on AI initiatives. 
  • Help establish standards and governance for the responsible use of AI within customer projects and internal processes. 

Customer Projects with AI:
  • Lead and support the implementation of Jedox solutions for international customers. 
  • Design and deliver Jedox AI-enabled planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics solutions. 
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and innovative Jedox architectures. 
  • Advise customers on how Jedox AI can improve planning processes, decision-making and operational efficiency. 
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and customer-specific AI use cases leveraging modern LLM technologies. 
  • Facilitate workshops and guide customers throughout the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers exploring AI-driven planning and performance management initiatives. 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in consulting, enterprise software implementation, business planning, analytics, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (including Claude AI) and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
  • Proven experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, agent-based systems, knowledge retrieval solutions, or automation frameworks.
  • Background in customer-facing consulting, solution architecture, or implementation roles.
  • Solid understanding of planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance management processes.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to build bridges between business and technology.
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Fluency in German, Business fluent in English.
