Your Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end technical recruitment processes: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for engineering roles (e.g. Software Engineering, Cloud, Data) from intake to offer and close.
- Partner with technical leadership: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers in Engineering, Product, and Technology to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive active sourcing for tech talent: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent communities.
- Build strong engineering talent pipelines: Develop and maintain pipelines for critical technical skill sets to support current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor: Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to guide hiring decisions and challenge assumptions.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience: Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging journey for all candidates, reflecting Jedox’s people-centric culture.
- Leverage recruiting data: Track, analyze, and interpret recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and effectiveness.
- Optimize and scale recruiting processes: Contribute to efficient, tech-enabled hiring practices that support Jedox’s global growth and deliver impactful results.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within global SaaS, technology, or software-driven organizations
- Proven success in hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Product, Data, or Cloud in international environments
- Strong expertise in active sourcing and headhunting for senior and hard-to-fill engineering profiles
- Experience working across global or regional markets (e.g. EMEA, US, APAC) and building international talent pipelines
- Deep understanding of modern, tech-enabled recruiting tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Personio, HiPeople)
- Ability to act as a strategic and consultative partner to engineering leaders and stakeholders (#OneTeam, #PeopleCentricity)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-cultural environments
- Fluent in German and English (business proficiency, min. C1)
- Familiarity with EPM, BI, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystems
- Background in high-growth or scaling technology companies
