Your Responsibilities

In this role, you guide the strategic and operational development of the AI innovation function across the Jedox Platform. You work closely with engineering leadership, coordinate cross-department initiatives, ensure KPI-driven delivery and support continuous capability development within the AI innovation team.
  • Engineering platform leadership: Lead the engineering platform AI innovation team to deliver continuous KPI-driven innovation in a multi-cross-functional environment.
  • Strategic alignment: Work with VP Engineering and engineering leadership to align platform AI innovation with company, product and engineering strategy.
  • People leadership: Drive AI innovation team development, including capacity planning and capability growth.
  • Strategic AI roadmap: Act as strategic lead for engineering platform AI innovation together with the Engineering Leadership Team.
  • Cost management: Manage budget planning, cost controlling, reporting and cost savings for the AI innovation team.
  • Cross-department collaboration: Coordinate with the AI Innovation Competence Center, product managers, consultants, customer success, support and cloud operations.
  • Service provider management: Manage cross-entity collaboration for performance-focused AI innovation delivery.
  • Research collaboration: Drive adoption of AI-related innovations and research outputs on the Jedox Platform.

Your Profile

You lead cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence. You think strategically about AI product innovation, embrace agility, and drive continuous improvement. You communicate openly, solve problems constructively, and create an environment where collaboration and progress come naturally.

  • Work experience as senior leader with multiple cross-functional teams for innovative AI development.
  • Strategic thinking for AI product innovation.
  • Understanding of agility and team empowerment.
  • Openness to changes and continuous improvements.
  • Open and respectful communication.
  • Constructive problem solving and outcomes oriented.
  • Knowledge about FP&A tools is optimal.
