Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer to join our international team and drive the ideation and delivery of user experience and interface design for our Enterprise SaaS Software. You’ll simplify complex workflows into intuitive, high-impact user experiences. Specifically, you will deliver strategic, user-centric design solutions for core platform features. In this context, you:

  • Support end-to-end design: Define detailed user journeys and personas, and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Continuously refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and subject matter experts to turn business goals into seamless digital experiences.
  • UX advocacy and storytelling: Develop clear design narratives and champion user-centered design principles across teams and stakeholders.
  • Design system evolution: Expand and maintain scalable UI components, ensuring visual and functional consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  • Growth & development: Share your expertise with fellow designers, offering mentorship and contributing to a culture of design excellence.
Your Profile
You design with purpose and precision. You understand users deeply and craft experiences that are both functional and delightful. You want to help our customers feel the clarity and confidence of a well-structured plan within our tool.
 
Must-haves:

  • Degree in media informatics, interaction design, or communication design.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in UX, interaction, or product design within agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio demonstrating full ownership of design processes, with strong attention to detail and visual polish.
  • Expertise in user-centered design methods (journeys, wireframes, prototyping, testing) and agile iteration.
  • Proven experience using AI tools to enhance design innovation.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and collaborative platforms like Miro.
  • Strong communicator—able to clearly explain design decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Skilled in balancing user needs with business and technical constraints.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve usability and product experience.

Ideally, this position is based in Freiburg or Frankfurt, near our offices. Remote work within Germany is possible, with occasional travel to our office locations.
