Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
We're seeking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Success team at Jedox. In this role, you will lead key implementation projects, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. 
  • You steer Jedox projects to success within a set of key accounts
  • You proactively coordinate projects and act as the point-of-contact for the Jedox implementation project team and R&D, including both internal and external stakeholders
  • You act as the go-to-person for both clients and the Jedox Management team
  • You oversee all aspects of assigned client projects to ensure on time go-live dates; including documenting client requirements, developing project timelines, identifying and mitigating risk, software configuration, tracking project milestones and providing regular feedback to stakeholders and executive management
  • You organize all relevant resources to ensure the project is managed in time
  • You create and maintain accurate, organized and complete project files to include all documents required to sustain internal compliance
  • You act as backup support when required, for other implementation related activity and projects as needed
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master would be a plus
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience
  • 8+ years of experience within the IT consulting business
  • Proven project management success in finance transformation /CPM/ERP/BI projects
  • Proven ability to manage heterogeneous resources, team, cost and scope
  • Proven track of PM methodology, process and tools know-how
  • Certification in PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI etc. is a plus
  • You take pride in being an advocate on behalf of our customers and seek to provide relevant feedback cross-organizationally to enhance our products and services to better serve our customers
  • Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate this both verbally and written communication
  • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and see projects through to the end
