Head of Platform Customer Interaction (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
We are seeking an exceptional Leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping customer interactions on Jedox Platform and improving team performance continuously. This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical product development at the intersection of user interface technology, platform strategy and UX innovation. 
  • Lead the Platform Customer Interaction area in Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of KPI-driven web components and services through cross-functional teams’ collaboration
  • Align platform development goals with company strategy, including product and engineering strategies by working closely with the VP of Engineering and the engineering leadership team
  • Take full disciplinary leadership of the Engineering Platform Customer Interaction area, with responsibilities for personnel development, capacity planning and capability building
  • Shape and drive the strategic developmentof the platform customer interaction area in partnership with the Engineering leadership team
  • Oversee cost management for the Engineering Platform Customer Interaction area, including budget planning, cost control, reporting and managing cost-saving opportunities
  • Facilitate seamless stakeholder collaboration across departments, including Product Management, Customer Support and Cloud Operations, to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers to ensure performance, quality and smooth collaboration across entities
The role can be based remotely, but would be preferred close to Freiburg or Frankfurt where we have our Germany based offices.
Your Profile
You have gained experience in leading a team and possess of exceptional people management skills.  
  • Proven experience as a servant leader, working with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver innovative web components and services for platform products
  • A strong understanding of agility and proven experience with agile software development
  • The adaptability and openness to change, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering open, respectful and transparent interactions
  • Constructive problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Familiarity with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) context is a plus
  • Excellent English skills, German skills are a plus
