Channel Manager France - EPM Software (h/f)

Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a people person, someone who connects with our partners, understands their business and challenges, and will become a trusted advisor in showing the value of the Jedox solution. Partner Enablement is the top priority, starting with existing partners to researching and onboarding new partners. “OneTeam” is our motto and is at the core of our business culture both internally and towards our Partners.
As the second oldest region of Jedox, France is of importance and represent a important Sales region,

You will be responsible for managing different partner types, Service Only Partners, Advisory Partners and Alliances.   

In this context you will:
  • Manage day to day activities with Partners:
    • Win Plans 
    • Opportunity Creation and Sales Cycle
    • Weekly Forecasting of expected revenue generating activities 
    • Proposals and RFP/Tender process for End User prospect in conjunction with Partner
    • Enablement of Skill Sets
    • Joint Marketing and Business development programs 
    • Participating in Partner, and/or Jedox Events
    • Weekly/Monthly reviews to monitor Partner Performance 
  • Work collaboratively with our Net New direct Sales team
  • Provide support and guidance to our Customer Engagement Sales Team to drive Upsell and Cross Sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to the satisfaction of our Customers and Prospects aligning with the Customer Success Team.  .
  • Work with our Marketing team to run co-marketing campaigns (webinars, breakfasts, afterworks, events).
  • Take proactive approach to develop partners' skills and competencies utilizing our Pre-Sales and Partner Academy options. 
  • Work with Business Development team on Prospecting tasks and objectives.
Your Profile
  • Similar experience in a SAAS Vendor for Channel Enablement and Sales Manager preferably in the Data world (Business Intelligence, EPM)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to drive internal teams to success
  • Technical Awareness of EPM Market 
  • Partner Profiling and Win Plan creation skills. 
  • Record in Achievement of Monthly/Quarterly Sales targets.
